- Legal claims and compliance. To retain records (such as deal terms, activation proof, and on-platform communications) that may be required to respond to legal inquiries, regulatory requests, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Vital interests. Where necessary to save or protect a person's vital interest, such as to prevent harm.
3. Legal bases for processing
In short: we only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason to do so under applicable law.
If you are located in the EU or UK, the GDPR and UK GDPR require us to explain the legal bases we rely on:
- Consent. Where you have given us permission to use your personal information for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Performance of a contract. Where processing is necessary to provide the Services you've signed up for.
- Legitimate interests. Where we have a legitimate business interest that does not outweigh your rights — for example, to analyse how our Services are used, prevent fraud, and improve your experience.
- Legal obligations. Where processing is required to comply with the law (tax, AML, regulatory cooperation, court orders).
- Vital interests. Where processing is necessary to protect a person's vital interests.

Our Standard Contractual Clauses can be provided upon request.
9. How long we keep information
In short: we keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, AML, or legal claims requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal information for longer than the period of time in which you have an account with us, plus any additional period required by law.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it. If this is not immediately possible (for example, because it is stored in backup archives), we will securely store the information and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
10. How we keep information safe
In short: we aim to protect your personal information through organisational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission or information storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure. 11. Information from minors
In short: we do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age (or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction), nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or the parent or guardian of such a minor who consents to their use. If we learn that personal information from a user under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete the data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from a child under 18, please contact us at info@sponsero.co.
12. Your privacy rights
In short: depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to access, change, or delete your personal information.
In some regions (the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws, including:

On termination, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. We may retain certain information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our legal terms, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
Cookies
Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can usually choose to set your browser to reject cookies, though this may affect parts of the Services.
If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at info@sponsero.co.
13. Do-not-track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there is currently no industry or legal standard for honouring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
